This is a really good book on how to not only select a career, but also on how to have success in the workplace. The tips Dr. Ellison used helped elevate my performance to a new level. I would highly recommend this book if you are looking to take your career up a notch.
This is a tremendous book for people wanting to have success in their career. I read it because I was looking to make a career change. The outline in Chapter 10 changed my life. It took me to a whole new understanding of my likes and dislikes and the unique elements that I have to consider in making my career choice. I can truly say that I am amazed how much I enjoy my career. Not to mention that I have tripled my career earnings by following Dr. Ellison's advice. I would highly recommend.
Magnificent book about the challenging process of finding the right career!
I think this book is a unique opportunity to learn from the best and achieve success in any field. Apparently the book is a priceless guidance from a successful CEO (a Founder and CEO of several private and public companies who made each of them grow and multiplied their revenues) who shares his experience and approach with everyone.
The book discusses careers and gives a thoughtful guidance for students as well for people who are already in their career. It definitely would be of great help to high school seniors to get into the right major right away and avoid the abyss of getting to be a college senior without knowing what you would be both passionate about and good at. Will be really helpful to get many high school students on a good path and certainly will help if you want to modify or change your career.
Therefore, the results may help you as you develop your career. People with experience will learn how to be more successful and those who want to change their career – the best way to do so.
The book is amazing - very easy to read and very well-organized.
